About the role

Role focused on post-sales journey for strategic accounts, translating AI use cases into product requirements, driving deployment adoption, and shaping outcomes for enterprise engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship and customer outcomes for accounts from deal close, partnering with Account Executive and Solutions Engineer
  • Learn how each customer builds software, identify friction, and design a deployment plan to turn them into a software factory
  • Translate AI use cases across the software development lifecycle into clear product requirements, deployment plans and measurable results
  • Get customers live quickly, then drive sustained adoption and consumption growth
  • Work with executives and engineers to find high-leverage ways to ramp usage
  • Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work; monitor consumption and intervene when usage dips or blockers arise
  • Relay field findings to Engineering and Product teams to inform native Factory capabilities
  • Spend time on-site with customers, typically about once a month and mainly within your region

Qualifications

  • High agency and accountability in unstructured environments
  • Strong technical foundation in software development lifecycle and systems design
  • Track record of end-to-end delivery ownership
  • Product manager's mindset with ability to rally engineers and stakeholders
  • Sharp product intuition and user empathy; credibility to work with engineers at customer and internal teams
  • Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast movement
  • Deep expertise in industries like financial services, healthcare or public sector is a plus
  • Experience in a high-growth startup with fluid roles and high ownership is desirable
