About the role

Senior Solutions Architect role at Elastic/Endgame Systems focused on serving as technical authority and trusted advisor to sales, customers, partners, and the Elastic community within the Intelligence Community sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and articulating how Elastic offerings address their needs.
  • Creating and owning value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
  • Participating in all phases of planning and execution for the territory, from discovery to technical win.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate value in sales meetings and at events (meetups, conferences).
  • Advising the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services.
  • Deepening both sales and technical skills through education and available professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Implementation experience with Cloud platforms using web and AI technologies, particularly cloud-based, high-performance solutions.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
  • History of successful customer relations with architectures that meet goals or solve problems.
  • Ability to influence and persuade teams on ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns.
  • Willingness to travel 25% within region, and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience working in the US Intelligence Community.
  • Active TS/SCI with FSP security clearance.
