About the role

Technical Solutions Architect role focusing on Agentic WorkSpaces and AI-enabled end user computing within AWS, with emphasis on architecture design, customer enablement, and collaboration with partners and internal teams to drive adoption of AI-powered agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to deploy Amazon Agentic WorkSpaces — Personal, Applications and Core — as well as Workspaces for Builders and Workspaces for Agents.
  • Guide customers on designing and operating AI-powered, agentic end user computing experiences, helping them apply AI fluency to real-world builder and agent workflows.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
  • Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and technical guides.
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
  • Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in Japanese at business level or above (N1+)
  • Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
  • 5+ years experience architecting or implementing End User Computing solutions for 1000+ seats
  • Depth in IT security concepts including network security, application security, modern authentication and access control techniques, encryption in transit and at rest
