About the role

Full-stack software engineer role building customer solutions for the Software Factory, with opportunities to contribute to the Software Factory itself and leverage AI tooling to improve practices and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • You will build customer solutions with Software Factory and help develop parts of our Software Factory itself.
  • Our software engineers are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software they create, including development, testing, operation, maintenance, and support.
  • As a member of our technical staff, you must constantly challenge yourself on which software paradigms are evolving with advances in AI and how you can best leverage AI tools to improve your own practices and the team’s productivity.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in and extensive professional experience with full-stack web development using Python, Typescript, React, Data Structures, and AWS
  • Owning problems end-to-end and willingness to learn quickly to get the job done
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly dynamic and intelligent team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate and convey ideas effectively internally and to customer stakeholders
