About the role

Product Management role focused on scheduling and forecasting for Assembled’s Workforce Management product, partnering with support ops, customers, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise SaaS features.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with prospects and customers to discover problems and represent Assembled at senior levels
  • Owning scheduling and forecasting end-to-end from how planners build/edit schedules to how forecasts are generated, reviewed, and acted on
  • Applying AI to make high-stakes planning decisions faster, smarter, and more automated
  • Building for enterprise complexity to handle 24/7 multi-channel, multi-site operations and related constraints (SLAs, shrinkage, channel mix, BPO relationships)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical and technical product skills with data-driven decision making
  • Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with strong discovery and stakeholder management
  • Bias to action and sense of urgency
