About the role

Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale systems and programs for how Notion hires, partnering with recruiters, operations, and leadership in a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Interviewer systems and efficacy — design the systems, structures, and standards for interviewing; train interviewers; measure effectiveness; calibrate quality over time; programs like Interviewer 101, Hiring Manager Training, and functional interviewer certifications.
  • Interviewer pool health — maintain a healthy interviewer pool, manage AI and experimental interview formats, and keep quality high at scale.
  • Recruiting team onboarding and enablement — build and run programs to onboard new recruiters quickly and maintain high performance.
  • Specialty hiring programs — provide program management support for internal mobility, M&A integration, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-functional playbooks and infrastructure — build processes, communications, and coordination frameworks for recruiting to run with more consistency, clarity, and scale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment
  • High agency — you move fast, take ownership end-to-end, and don’t wait for perfect information or explicit direction to get started
  • Builder mentality — energized by creating or improving something that doesn’t yet work well
  • Strong AI skills — hands-on experience building custom agents and teaching them to others; excited about using AI to transform a core business function
  • Strong project management skills — able to lead initiatives from scoping to execution with stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
  • Discretion and high judgment on sensitive or high-profile work
  • Strong analytical instincts — data-driven decision making for program health
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication — tailored messaging across organization
