About the role

Growth Marketing Intern at Pure, a YC-backed marketplace for rare coins and precious metals. Hands-on internship across the full marketing funnel (awareness to retention) with real projects, mentorship, and potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to retention
  • Work across channels: paid, social, email and lifecycle, content, and community
  • Support audience growth and engagement across social and community
  • Turn new signups into repeat buyers through email and lifecycle programs
  • Run audience, market, and competitive research, and derive clear recommendations
  • Measure performance across channels and report on growth drivers
  • Pitch in on new channel tests and experiments as we scale
  • Ramp quickly on funnel, customers, and tools, delivering real marketing work in early weeks
  • Grow into owning a channel workstream end-to-end, and run an experiment from launch to readout

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong, clear writer who can match a brand voice
  • Fluent with AI tools and capable of using them to research, draft, and accelerate work
  • Curious about marketing, startups, and how growth works
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to own a project end-to-end
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly and working with data
  • Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
