About the role

Client Solutions Manager / PPC Specialist to help scale Google Ads in Hungary, joining Aleph’s Budapest team in a hybrid, full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and build strong relationships with existing customers to help them succeed with Google Ads.
  • Develop and optimize PPC strategies that deliver real business results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on Google Ads best practices, campaign design, budget management, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and recommend solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Stay on top of the latest Google Ads updates, market trends, and digital advertising innovations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Google Ads campaigns and digital performance agencies.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GTM experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships at once.
