About the role

Account Executive responsible for closing SaaS ecommerce deals, engaging brands in the DTC space, and delivering value through Tapcart’s mobile commerce platform. Hybrid/remote role with NYC and Santa Monica/LA focus, reporting to Sales leadership and collaborating with Solutions and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Get in front of the brands building the future of DTC and help them see what a great mobile experience can do for their business
  • Use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and create assets that deliver value to your prospect’s inbox
  • Bring energy into every call with merchants and teammates alike
  • Be a true owner from first email to signed contract and work side-by-side with Sales leadership, Solutions, and key stakeholders, while staying close to the customer to deliver value early and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS ecommerce or Shopify ecosystem
  • A track record you can point to quota attainment, deal size, what you learned when you missed
  • Comfortable prospecting and support from other channels, not a pure inbound role
  • Willingness to travel (you’ll get on a plane if that’s what it takes)
