Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer
About the role
Role focused on embedding Booko’s dynamic pricing engine into real customer businesses, owning deployments from integration to live production, and turning deployments into repeatable patterns. High-ownership, in-person collaboration with early team in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer businesses, and sit inside their booking, marketing, and operating systems
- Wire Booko's pricing engine into each customer's stack, data, and workflows
- Ship with the customer on our/their timeline
- Leave working systems behind, not prototypes
- Turn each deployment into patterns and tooling the next one reuses
- Help shape the engineering culture and roadmap as an early hire

Booko helps businesses that sell bookable time slots make more money by dynamically pricing their time. Unlike physical inventory, unsold time slots disappear forever, yet most time-slot-based businesses still rely on static pricing. We integrate with existing booking systems to adjust prices and incentives based on historical utilization, availability, and demand.
