Founding Engineer
About the role
Role focused on owning large parts of Booko's product from idea to production, including pricing console, integrations with booking/venue systems, and workflows that convert forecasts into pricing decisions. High-autonomy, customer-facing, early-stage engineering role in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack product surfaces end to end
- Ship integrations into booking, ticketing, and venue systems
- Turn messy customer problems into reliable software
- Work across product, data, infrastructure, and customer deployment
- Help shape the engineering culture and roadmap as an early hire

- Strong generalist engineering

- Excited to work in person with a small, ambitious team in the Bay Area

Booko helps businesses that sell bookable time slots make more money by dynamically pricing their time. Unlike physical inventory, unsold time slots disappear forever, yet most time-slot-based businesses still rely on static pricing. We integrate with existing booking systems to adjust prices and incentives based on historical utilization, availability, and demand.
