About the role

First dedicated B2B marketing leader responsible for turning adoption of Wispr Flow into enterprise agreements, aligning on target segments, owning enterprise positioning and product marketing, and driving growth from first visit to close.

Responsibilities

  • Define priority B2B segments using firmographics, product signals, and buyer roles, then turn them into target account lists
  • Build the narrative for why voice is becoming the interface for AI at work, and translate it into the enterprise homepage, use-case and industry pages, and launches
  • Own conversion from first visit to demo request, testing copy, layout, social proof, calls to action, and the talk-to-sales flow
  • Design the path from demo request through evaluation, pilot, and close, including education, adoption, measurement, and pricing and packaging input
  • Build value proof through an ROI calculator grounded in customer data and a process that turns strong pilots into quotes, metrics, Looms, and case studies
  • Help Sales win named accounts through competitive positioning, field content, executive briefings, ABM, and executive programs
  • Instrument the funnel from first visit through expansion, owning the marketing metrics behind pipeline, pilots, wins, and expansion

Qualifications

  • Strong judgment about which segments, accounts, and experiments to prioritize
  • A clear understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and purchase software
  • The ability to align Sales, Product, and Growth around a shared plan
  • A hands-on, evidence-led approach: pull the data, listen to calls, interview customers, and build the first version yourself
