About the role

Technical Recruiter at E2B responsible for building and scaling the recruiting function, partnering with leadership to define hiring needs, processes, and employer branding to attract top engineers and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Head of Talent and leadership to identify hiring needs, source, and close exceptional candidates.
  • Help establish E2B as a destination for top engineers, builders, and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem.
  • Design interview processes and close senior candidates to assemble a world-class team.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing strategy and outreach to interview design, candidate experience, and closing.
  • Define hiring plans, role scorecards, and structured hiring processes in collaboration with founders and leaders.
  • Build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies.
  • Experience hiring technical talent (especially engineers).
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with speed, autonomy, and ownership.
  • Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets; understanding developer profiles and technical hiring signals.
  • End-to-end ownership of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Ability to partner with founders and leaders to define hiring plans and structured processes.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Organizational and data-driven mindset; ability to build scalable recruiting systems.
