About the role

Ditto is seeking a creative and organized Chief Yacht Officer to lead a nationwide series of yacht parties, hosting 10 events across the U.S. with 100 Ditto users per event to facilitate blind-date experiences. You’ll orchestrate high-profile college social events from start to finish, ensuring a premier user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 10 yacht party events across major U.S. cities
  • Oversee participant logistics, including invitations, travel arrangements, and on-site experience
  • Design and implement the event flow to facilitate fun and meaningful blind-date connections between Ditto users
  • Manage and lead event staff and volunteers for smooth event operations
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal user experience at each event
  • Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to promote events across campuses and social media

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in large-scale event planning or hospitality management preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Passion for community building and delivering memorable experiences
  • Willingness to travel and work nontraditional hours during events
