About the role

Regional Business Development Manager focused on Germany (Berlin and additional cities) responsible for promoting Ajax Systems products, identifying new business opportunities, and building partnerships with system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.

Responsibilities

  • Advertising Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users (partners) in Germany.
  • Exploring new business opportunities and organizing meetings with business partners.
  • Planning and preparing presentations for business partners and other interested parties.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and control rooms.
  • Communicating product features, benefits, and developments to business partners.
  • Conducting product and trade trainings in collaboration with business partners.
  • Actively promoting system specifications that include Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with distributors of brand products to meet partner requirements.
  • Assisting in the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Providing feedback to management on current and future product requirements.
  • Creating accurate and timely reports using the company CRM system to support tasks or management needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access control, fire)
  • Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market
  • German language mother-tongue level (spoken and written)
  • Target-oriented work style with initiative and responsibility for own results
  • Negotiation skills with strong communication abilities both on the phone and in person
  • Highly motivated with the ability to execute
  • Professional appearance, reliable and ethical conduct
