About the role

Retail Stores – Arc'teryx Lotteworld mall, Seoul. Full-time, on-site. Customer-facing role representing the brand in-store, delivering memorable brand experiences and actively recommending products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • 제품 교육, 정확한 결제 처리, 보증 또는 손상 제품 관련 커뮤니케이션을 적시에 진행하며, 모든 고객 접점에서 관계를 형성합니다.
  • 매장 이벤트와 실물 재고 조사에 참여하고, 매장 내 상품을 보충하며, 매장이 항상 깨끗하고 정돈된 상태를 유지하도록 지원합니다.
  • 매출 증대에 기여할 수 있도록 머천다이징 및 매장 경험에 대한 피드백과 제안을 제공합니다.
  • 팀 및 매장 리더십과 개방적이고 협력적인 관계를 유지합니다.

Qualifications

  • 리테일 판매 경력 1년 이상을 보유
  • 탁월한 고객 서비스를 제공하는 데 열정
  • 즐겁게 일하는 것을 좋아하지만 책임감 있음
  • 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 역량과 본인의 영향력 이해
  • 자기 주도적이며 문제 해결을 즐김
  • 모호한 상황에서도 높은 유연성과 적응력
  • 자율성과 협업의 균형 유지
  • 새로운 사고와 지속적인 개선 주도
  • 옳은 일을 하려는 확고한 의지와 최선의 해결책 추구
