About the role

Strategic Projects Intern (Founders Associate) reporting to the Chief of Staff and working directly with the CEO on the company’s strategic initiatives at the intersection of revenue and operations. This internship offers exposure to high-impact topics across multiple facets of the business, with a focus on building business cases, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results that shape Riot's trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic projects that don’t have a natural owner in any single team
  • Drive revenue & growth initiatives: identify expansion opportunities, create go-to-market plans for new growth streams, conduct market analyses, financial models, and business opportunity assessments; examples include launching a Partner Program and pricing adaptations for international markets or specific customer segments
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives from 0 to 1: define success, build 0 to 1 plans, align stakeholders, coordinate market launches, audit and redesign internal processes, provide actionable recommendations to the CEO, rollout and measure impact
  • Support leadership: assist the CEO and Executive Committee on top business priorities, contribute to board packs and quarterly memos, help structure materials for investors, leadership, and team alignment

Qualifications

  • Final-year student from a top business or engineering school (Bac+5 / Master’s degree)
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modeling, market sizing, and business case development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration
  • Motivation for the mission of Riot cybersecurity (not required to be a cybersecurity expert)
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
