About the role

Senior Software Engineer to shape AI-powered, human-led healthcare product. Hybrid/remote role with cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, and commercial teams; full-stack work including data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on AI-enabled care experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes
  • Work closely with the ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and integrate them into our agentic framework
  • Improve physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capability
  • Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company
  • Proficiency with stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
  • Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the space
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives to completion in ambiguous environments
  • Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products in a high-growth startup environment
