About the role

Product Designer to define and craft the consumer healthcare experience end-to-end, from education and advice through prescriptions, labs, and referrals, with a focus on visual, interaction, and motion craft within an AI-enabled healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the core experience of receiving care, from education and advice through prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups across our mobile and web surfaces
  • Set and continually raise the bar for visual, interaction, and motion craft, sweating the micro-interactions, transitions, and details that make an experience feel trustworthy & considered
  • Develop a deep understanding of patient and clinical needs, and translate the messy reality of healthcare into simple, intuitive experiences
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences, moving fast from concept to polished execution
  • Build and evolve our product design system and interaction patterns so craft and consistency scale as the team grows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of consumer-focused product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates an exceptionally high bar for visual design
  • Mastery of interaction design and a strong point of view on motion
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving confidently to bring new features to life 0→1
  • Consumer sensibilities: taste shaped by the best consumer products, and the judgment to know what delight means in a healthcare context
  • Effective communication skills. You’re able to work cross-functionally. You calibrate to your audience, resolve open questions, and create momentum
