About the role

Flexible, mission-driven collaboration for expert surgeons to interpret, describe, and clinically evaluate surgical videos across specialties, providing expert voiceover, clinical context, and feedback to improve AI-powered surgical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear expert voiceover and clinical context for surgical procedures
  • Benchmark AI model report outputs against real surgical standards
  • Relay structured feedback to engineering team to improve reliability and usefulness of systems
  • Support interpretation, description, and clinical evaluation of surgical videos across specialties

Qualifications

  • Highly specialized surgeons across disciplines
  • Experience in urology, bariatrics, thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, colorectal surgery, gynecology, and other complex surgical fields
  • Ability to provide expert voiceover and clinical context for procedures
  • Willingness to engage in a flexible, non-full-time collaboration
