About the role

Maki is building an AI-powered solution for talent acquisition and talent management. The role involves ownership over the full lifecycle of AI products, leading technical projects, building reliable systems from unpredictable components, leveraging latest AI advancements, and cross-functional collaboration to unblock growth.

Responsibilities

  • Scope and lead technical projects with a full-stack perspective, balancing speed and quality.
  • Build reliable systems out of unpredictable components. You will figure out how to make AI agents consistently effective in a real-world environment.
  • Keep our stack on the bleeding edge by leveraging the latest advancements in LLMs, vision models, and agent architectures.
  • Work cross-functionally to unblock growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify user pain points and engineer solutions that solve them immediately.
