About the role

Internship in Venture Development to help shape the future of energy by supporting GTM, internal operations, and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing energy startup.

Responsibilities

  • Supercharge sales and GTM: assist in developing new go-to-market initiatives and optimize customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Optimize internal operations: support development and refinement of internal workflows, tools, and processes to help scale efficiently.
  • Collaborate with leadership: work closely with senior leadership on customer projects and the design of operational processes and systems.
  • Lead your own initiatives: take ownership of cross-functional projects, drive them forward independently, and be responsible for their success from concept to execution.
  • Take operational responsibility: experience running a business, delivering outputs to clients and daily operations.
  • Be a true team player: contribute to team success with humility and performance.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Bachelor’s student, gap year, Master’s student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements
  • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, high independence
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, willing to take real responsibility
  • First practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking
  • Clear and effective communication in German and English
