About the role

Head of Product responsible for vision, strategy, and execution across the entire customer journey in a fast-growing European B2B energy platform. Reports to the CEO, collaborates with CTO and COO, and leads a team of 6 Product Managers and Designers within 6 interdisciplinary product & engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision, strategy, and roadmap across Supply, Manage, and Flex (customer-facing products).
  • Turn market dynamics and customer pain into a clear, prioritized strategy.
  • Drive execution across teams, products, and geographies; own the metrics that matter.
  • Turn data into decisions and trade-offs into momentum.
  • Build and lead high-performing product teams; partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations.
  • Shape and communicate product strategy to align cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure focus excludes internal products such as Trading platform and Energy Utility Platform.
  • Own end-to-end product development across the customer journey and scale delivery.

Qualifications

  • Product Leader (Staff, Head of, VP) at a fast-paced scale-up with a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience building B2B software products, ideally in Commercial & Industrial segments.
  • Strong ability to translate customer problems into a compelling product vision and strategy.
  • Proven experience delivering value at scale with a focus on outcomes over output.
  • Comfort with uncertainty, structuring work, and delivering in high-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-native product development and leveraging AI across product development, tooling, and workflows (preferred).
  • German language fluency is required.
