About the role

Tandem Health is building a PMM function to shape the market narrative for its healthcare AI platform. The role focuses on differentiated positioning, sales enablement, buyer insights, and product storytelling to drive growth and conversion in a complex, regulated healthcare space. On-site in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain Tandem's differentiated positioning across segments, verticals, and geographies – from first principles, not a competitor's playbook
  • Build and own the sales enablement library that lets sales tell the story independently – pitch decks, demo narratives, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive battlecards that are actually used
  • Develop a deep, evolving view of the healthcare AI landscape – incumbents, point solutions, and the clinical status quo – and turn it into sharp competitive positioning
  • Be the voice of the market internally – bring buyer perspective, competitor moves, and field objections to product and leadership
  • Partner with Growth and Design to drive conversion across web, campaigns, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Own product storytelling across key growth surfaces, continuously optimising for clarity, differentiation, and conversion on product-related pages
  • Synthesize customer conversations, win/loss analysis, usage data, and competitive intel into positioning and product decisions
  • Track content and enablement contribution to pipeline – not output volume, but actual deal influence

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record in positioning, sales enablement, or competitive intelligence
  • A strong communicator who can sell ideas internally and land complex decisions clearly
  • Commercial instinct – understand the business and make trade-offs that move the needle
  • Stakeholder management skills – comfortable navigating product, sales, design, and leadership
  • Fluent in English – spoken and written
  • Technically curious – asks the right questions to understand product decisions and GTM implications
  • Healthcare experience is not required; ability to credibly operate in a regulated space
