About the role

We’re looking for a Project Lead to join the Implementation team in Spain to own the deployment of Tandem in large organisations from planning through go-live and adoption. It’s a hands-on role with autonomy, coordinating clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and Tandem colleagues to drive complex deployments and shape scalable implementation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own large, hospital and care organizations’ deployments end-to-end, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain.
  • Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT and internal teams to keep deployments moving
  • Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain
  • Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, bringing the right people together when you need support
  • Work closely with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, who own parts of the implementation that fit their expertise, while you drive the project and remain accountable for the overall outcome
  • Improve our implementation approach by developing better processes, tools and ways of working as we scale

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish
