About the role

Account Executive role focused on driving Tandem Health’s growth across the UK private healthcare market with full-cycle sales responsibilities, from prospecting to close and handover to Delivery and Medical Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against a personal sales target across UK private healthcare.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and events.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first contact to close.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across private healthcare.
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial conversations.
  • Work closely with Delivery and Medical Operations to ensure a smooth customer handover.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to improve our sales approach and market positioning.
  • Represent Tandem at relevant healthcare events and conferences.
  • Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales and new business, ideally in SaaS, digital health, or technology.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and progressing opportunities through a sales funnel.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and managing sales opportunities through to close.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Interest in and ideally some understanding of the UK private healthcare market.
  • Commercially minded, driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and willingness to learn and develop as a salesperson.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology and AI.
