About the role

Account Executive role focused on developing Tandem Health's presence in France, leading strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, EHR/DPI vendors, integrators, and distributors, to drive national deployment of the AI medical assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Identifier, initiate and manage strategic relationships within the French healthcare ecosystem.
  • Open opportunities with healthcare institutions to accelerate Tandem adoption.
  • Present, negotiate, and seal high-value partnerships in collaboration with legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Represent Tandem at client meetings, events, and conferences as a trusted partner in digital health.
  • Provide market feedback to Tandem to inform product development, regulatory priorities, and local go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to establishing customer success and support processes to ensure partner satisfaction and ongoing success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, or business development in health tech/medtech.
  • Track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments (providers, DPI/DME publishers, pharma companies).
  • Strong knowledge of the French health ecosystem (payers, providers, digital health players, regional specifics).
  • Solid local network and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for clinical, commercial, and technical conversations.
  • Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
  • High autonomy with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Motivation to improve care quality and efficiency through impactful innovation.
