About the role

Lead the DACH ambulatory sales engine for Tandem Health, building and scaling the field team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to drive revenue in outpatient care. Early-stage, player-coach role with ownership over targets, pipeline, and largest accounts, reporting to the Director DACH.

Responsibilities

  • Own the DACH outpatient sector revenue target and the forecast behind it
  • Monitor and steer for rapid pipeline progress, track delivery against forecast, define, own and implement corresponding metrics
  • Hire, coach and develop a team of SDRs, AEs and SAEs
  • Build a repeatable, high-performance sales motion - qualification guidelines, playbooks, enablement rhythm
  • Set and hold the selling culture: point of view, domain mastery, drive
  • Partner across Marketing, MedOps and Partnerships to keep the pipeline healthy end to end
  • Report into the Director DACH and help shape the regional GTM strategy for ambulatory care

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B sales, including several years building and leading sales teams
  • Experience selling digital medical products / medical SaaS to clinicians initially in the outpatient sector and then in larger hospitals or hospital chains (practice-management/EHR systems, DiGAs, scheduling software, AI imaging, telemedicine)
  • Track record of scaling both revenue and teams with measurable results
  • Player-coach mindset suitable for an early-stage, hands-on environment
  • Lead-from-the-front selling style and ability to teach it
  • Native-level German and C1/C2 English
