About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning and advancing the product strategy for the unmanned systems portfolio, defining requirements, driving roadmap execution, and aligning engineering, business development, and customer stakeholders across multi-year programs in defense and security.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own strategy and roadmap for the UxV portfolio. Not as a process manager, but as the driving force.
  • Vision & Prioritization: Define the product Vision & prioritize ruthlessly to defend it. Say no to good ideas to protect great ones.
  • Technology & Innovation: Drive the integration of the latest defense technologies and proactively explore new solution spaces with engineering teams.
  • Market & Strategy: Build deep understanding of the defense unmanned systems market and shape company strategy with expertise.
  • Customer Engagement: Guide the full customer cycle with Business Development and Training, from ideation through procurement approval.
  • External Representation: Represent products at conferences, in whitepapers, and during exercises and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience in technical product management in safety-critical, unmanned, or robotic systems across the full product lifecycle
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent – Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred
  • Understanding of the defense domain: knowledge of military and environmental qualification standards for unmanned systems
  • Experience driving complex, multi-year programs across Engineering, business development, and customers
  • Ability to translate technical material into clear value propositions for engineering and executive audiences
  • English required; German is a plus
