About the role

Frontier Engineer role within the Deployments team focused on delivering real-world value through autonomous problem solving, customer-facing collaboration, and building tailored technical solutions including data pipelines, backend services, UI components, and hardware installations. Hybrid role with up to 50% onsite work.

Responsibilities

  • Surfacing customer insights to product teams and building tailored customer solutions
  • Writing data pipelines
  • Creating custom backend services
  • Building new UI components
  • Installing and configuring hardware
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Engaging with customers and internal teams to align on deployment success

Qualifications

  • Strong coding and debugging skills
  • Creative and resourceful problem solving
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to unfamiliar and non-technical audiences
  • Previous experience working directly with customers
  • Proven ability to deliver outcomes in ambiguous technical environments
