About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and seeks a Robotics Support Engineer to maintain, service, and optimize RobCo systems, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute feedback to product development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and replace components on existing systems and perform troubleshooting to quickly restore production capabilities.
  • Optimize robotic systems in the Robflow no-code programming interface – from fine-tuning positions to adjusting processes based on insights.
  • Provide remote support for customer systems, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and guidance on technical questions.
  • Proactively assess processes to identify potential issues early and collaborate with Product Development and Solution Engineering – feedback to improve future systems.

Qualifications

  • Education in automation technology, e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, or comparable qualification.
