About the role

Hands-on execution role focused on administrative, logistical, and personal tasks, including calendar and travel coordination, paperwork, appointments, and day-to-day errands. Not a strategy or business-partner role; success means handling details reliably, quickly, and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and inboxes
  • Handle travel planning (flights, hotels, logistics)
  • Research and compare services, products, etc.
  • Book reservations, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks quickly and independently
  • Organise information and summarise options clearly
  • Help reduce day-to-day operational friction across a wide variety of areas

Qualifications

  • Fluent English and French (both mandatory)
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  • Ability to make decisions independently without needing detailed instructions
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to 'figure things out'
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and across unusual hours/time zones
