About the role

Role focused on building AI Agents at Glean, spanning product, AI, and platform to help users create, evaluate, self-improve, deploy, and operate powerful agents inside Glean. Cross-functional, end-to-end ownership of user-facing experiences and underlying systems, with emphasis on safety, reliability, scalability, and measurable impact in enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end product experiences that help users create and configure AI agents for real work.
  • Design and ship workflows that help users evaluate agent quality, inspect results, and understand failure modes.
  • Build product loops that help agents improve over time through feedback, evals, optimization, and self-improvement primitives.
  • Help users deploy and operate both auto-mode agents and more independent agents with the right guardrails, controls, and visibility.
  • Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behaviour, infrastructure and product systems to turn agent capabilities into polished user experiences.
  • Partner closely with design, product, research, and go-to-market teams to identify high-value agent use cases and make them successful in practice.
  • Balance product ambition with engineering rigor, making thoughtful tradeoffs across quality, latency, trust, and cost.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in computer science, or related degree.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience building product software.
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java or Typescript, with an emphasis on building reliable, well-tested systems.
  • Experience building AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences is a strong plus.
  • Strong product sense and comfort working across both user-facing experiences and backend systems.
  • Leadership skills and past management experience are a bonus.
