About the role

Generalist marketer focused on building repeatable systems, content creation for social platforms, field/product marketing support, developer-focused writing, and performance tracking in a hybrid GTM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building repeatable systems (monthly spotlight series, pre/post-event playbooks)
  • Creating content for Mintlify social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, others)
  • Assisting with field marketing and product marketing initiatives as necessary
  • Writing for developers with understanding of how developers discover and evaluate tools
  • Coming up with creative ways to reach and market to our customers
  • Tracking metrics (pipeline influenced, meetings booked, signups sourced, cost per meeting) and optimizing for them

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience at an early-stage startup, ideally within the marketing department
  • Strong executional + strategic skills, capable of owning programs end-to-end on a small team with minimal direction
  • Hybrid GTM experience: comfortable spanning PLG (startup/self-serve) and sales-assisted (mid-market/enterprise)
  • Experience working in the dev tools or technical B2B audience space
  • Bonus Points: Experience posting on at least one social media platform in a public capacity - ideally with clear milestones achieved. Familiarity with devtools. Background in community marketing
