About the role
Product-minded engineer responsible for building customer-facing features across the stack, collaborating with design and engineering, and shaping product and technical decisions from development through launch.
Responsibilities
- Building the full lifecycle: Partnering with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from the ground up
- Solving complex technical challenges: You’ll tackle difficult problems, from optimizing virtualized rendering to architecting reliable content management system
- Driving user experience: Contributing to a frictionless UX, handling the last-mile refinements that transform working code into a great product
- Performance and scale: Enhancing application speed through profiling and build scalable solutions that evolve with our growing user base
- Shaping product direction and engineering approaches across the stack
Qualifications
- A technical “spike”: You have strong experience in either: Frontend — React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and rendering performance; Backend — Systems design, API architecture, and database optimization
- Strong product intuition and care about the "why" as much as the "how" when building user-facing software
- Adaptable and willing to jump into new territory across the stack to ship a feature
- Appreciate a high degree of ownership and thrive when defining solutions rather than following a spec
- Eager to talk directly with customers and use those insights to shape what we build
