About the role

Part-time, on-site position in Chicago, IL at Arc’teryx Oakbrook Center. Responsibilities center on delivering brand experience, product knowledge, customer service, store operations, and collaboration with store leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving
  • Building understanding of products and weaving information into guest interactions
  • Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
  • Developing passions in and out of the store with team support
  • Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
  • Maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team and store leadership
  • Participating in various store tasks as assigned by leadership
  • Answering store phones and responding to voicemails and store emails; occasionally responding on Epicenter social media channels
  • Utilizing Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions (warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, returns)
  • Receiving and unpacking inventory (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs)
