Part-time retail role in Roermond helping guests with product knowledge, storytelling, and determining gear that fits their needs, while representing Arc’teryx brand values and delivering meaningful guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: represent Arc'teryx values in-store and in the community, stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: develop skills with team support, contribute to brand initiatives, and elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: process transactions, manage guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Guest-Centric Mindset: passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Own Your Impact: self-motivated, responsible, and adept at solving problems with smart solutions.
  • Disruptive Evolution: willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in local language (e.g., German) and English.
  • Flexibility: willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
