About the role

Face-to-Face Sales position in Köln focused on renewable energy products, providing on-site customer engagement, authentic Beratung and tariff recommendations. Unbefristeter Vertrag with team-based support, attractive compensation and strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct interaction with customers at the point of sale in busy shopping centers
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and find suitable tariff plans
  • Provide honest, quality Beratung rather than hard selling
  • Work with a team on-site and maintain a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Very good German language skills (C1 level)
  • Open, enthusiastic, communicative, resilient personality
  • Ability to engage directly with people and create a positive conversation atmosphere
  • Background in NGO/fundraising, F2F agency, promotions, or entry with sales talent
