About the role

Face-to-Face Sales with real value: engage customers at points of sale, explain renewable energy products, and match customers with suitable tariffs. Full-time, on-site in Berlin, with a focus on energetic outreach, team collaboration, and growth opportunities in a purpose-driven EnerTech company.

Responsibilities

  • Face-to-Face Sales with real value: engage customers directly at Point of Sale and enthuse them about renewable energy.
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions on an equal footing, and co-create the right tariff with them.
  • Work in a team at busy shopping centers, in a protected environment with direct customer contact.
  • Provide quality advisory service rather than high-pressure selling.

Qualifications

  • Very good German language skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Open, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and resilience.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Background in NGO/fundraising, F2F agency, promotion sector, or career switch with sales talent.
  • Willingness to engage directly with customers and represent the brand authentically.
