About the role

Entry-level technical recruiting role targeting recent graduates, with exposure to full hiring lifecycle, AI-assisted recruiting, and startup environment at Netic in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Find and talk to the sharpest software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders from top-tier universities and companies. You'll own the outreach strategy from day one.
  • Learn the full hiring lifecycle, which means everything from writing your own outbound pitches and running initial screens to managing the candidate pipeline and helping close offers.
  • Figure out ways to use AI and automation tools to handle the boring stuff so you can focus on writing better messages and talking to candidates.
  • Partner directly with our internal teams to calibrate on active roles and use data to spot and fix bottlenecks in our hiring process.
  • Give every single candidate an incredible experience and get really good at telling the Netic story.

Qualifications

  • A recent or upcoming degree from a top school
  • Real grit and ability to adapt to fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and ability to converse with highly technical or experienced people
  • Analytical mindset with focus on metrics like response rates and conversion loops
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt without prior recruiting experience
