About the role
Technical, partner-facing lead to co-design production agentic AI systems with top ISV partners, driving adoption of NVIDIA’s stack and shaping partner-focused AI software development and roadmap insights.
Responsibilities
- Co-design and build production agentic systems hand-in-hand with ISV Software Platform Architects, defining technical objectives, timelines, and adoption strategy.
- Drive work across RAG, inference, multi-agent, and long-horizon workflows on NVIDIA stack (NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo, TensorRT-LLM) and ecosystem tools (vLLM, LangChain, MCP/A2A, and emerging agent frameworks).
- Evaluate NVIDIA libraries, ship code and reference architectures to create durable software for ecosystems.
- Lead technical engagement, ensure software adoption with execution rigor, collaborate with Product, Engineering, NV Research, and Solution Architecture groups.
- Develop technical breadth and depth in areas like Fine-tuning (PEFT, SFT), post-training and RL from verifiable rewards, Reasoning, RAG, Agent Evaluations and Observability, and Production inference.
- Represent partner needs to Product and Engineering, contribute to product roadmap with enterprise insights from ISV engagements.
- Stay ahead of evolving models, libraries, and frameworks to keep partners at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technical Engineering, Product, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI, including customer- or partner-facing work.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong AI/ML and Deep Learning foundation with hands-on enterprise GenAI system experience (advanced RAG, multi-agent architectures, production LLM evaluations/deployments).
- Ability to research, prototype, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver technical solutions for evolving customer scenarios, owning large projects.
- Fluency in Python and the modern agent/LLM stack (LangChain, vLLM/TensorRT-LLM, NVIDIA NeMo, vector DBs, MCP/A2A). Foundational breadth preferred.
- Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Security, Compliance, and Governance.
- Executive-level communication and curiosity for emerging AI technologies; strong ownership and collaboration skills.
