About the role

Solutions Architect for AI Factory to assist and support customers building AI solutions using NVIDIA technology. Acts as trusted technical advisor, collaborating across teams to deploy and optimize AI training/inference clusters based on NVIDIA Reference Architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of NVIDIA Reference Architectures (e.g., DGX SuperPOD, Cloud Partner Reference Design, Enterprise Reference Architecture).
  • Analyze customer requirements for AI training or inference clusters.
  • Identify the best NVIDIA Reference Architecture to meet customer needs and communicate its value.
  • Facilitate communication between NVIDIA deployment teams and customers during implementation of AI clusters.
  • Provide hands-on technical support after deployment to ensure workloads run effectively on infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating AI training or inference clusters with servers, storage, and network, leveraging Kubernetes with NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking technologies (InfiniBand, Ethernet) in AI cluster environments, including compute fabric interconnects, storage fabric integration, and management fabrics.
