About the role
Senior Brand / Web Designer responsible for leading end-to-end brand design projects, collaborating on strategy, and creating visuals that resonate with developers, with on-site roles in SF/NYC.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish
- Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy
- Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers
- Build and maintain our brand guidelines
- Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
Qualifications
- 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns
- User-centered design thinking balancing the “why” and “how”
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship for seamless, intuitive design
- Understanding of how design decisions interconnect to create cohesive experiences
- Ability to make informed decisions and stay ahead
- Combination of design passion with business acumen and relationship-building
- Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
- Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools
- Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy
- Nice to have: Motion design capabilities
