About the role

Senior growth leader responsible for driving demand, channel strategy, and go-to-market initiatives for Wordware's Sauna product. Own top-of-funnel performance, creator and affiliate programs, content engine, SEO/AEO, and measurement. Hands-on role initially with team-building as channels prove out.

Responsibilities

  • Own the top of the funnel end to end: paid on Meta and Google first, then lifecycle, then everything that compounds around them.
  • Run a creator program. Build and manage relationships with creators and agencies to generate 400–500 fresh creatives per month.
  • Build an affiliate program and treat it as a real channel with revenue sharing and sign-up mechanisms.
  • Build a content engine with the product as the subject; publish work publicly demonstrating real progress.
  • Ship programmatic SEO and earlier-to-market optimization with an engineering partner; leverage answer engines citing YouTube, Reddit, and credible third-party coverage.
  • Write the copy yourself for landing pages, ads, emails, posts, and video scripts.
  • Run launches end-to-end: positioning, copy, social, email, video brief, press, community.
  • Report weekly KPIs: reach, signups, and cost per acquisition by channel; provide incremental impact assessment.
  • Own allocation across channels and determine when to pull back; plan to build a team as channels prove out.

Qualifications

  • You have run actual ads with your own hands, managing budgets, creatives, and optimization.
  • You understand conversion events, match rate, and tracking integrity; capable of diagnosing tracking issues.
  • You have moved something from unknown to known (product, newsletter, channel, community, or startup).
  • You are a systems thinker who can map and optimize the whole growth system.
  • You have built automation or tooling that improves your work with feedback loops.
  • You write clearly and can adapt voice to different stakeholders.
  • You are knowledgeable about X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends this month.
  • You can ship landing pages and brief SEO changes without needing a ticket for every change.
  • You have owned a real budget end-to-end and can discuss scaling and the lessons from failures.
  • You have hired growth people and can explain who you would hire first and why.
