About the role

Analytics-focused role within Domu Technology Inc.’s operations team, turning large volumes of call data into actionable insights to drive revenue for Brazilian banks and lenders. Requires deep understanding of Brazilian banking and collections, fintech familiarity, and a business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Numbers: understand recovery rates, containment, and conversion better than anyone, and turn that understanding into recommendations for clients to act on.
  • Be the Consistent, Reliable Force: serve as the trusted analytical contact for clients and internal teams, surfacing what's working and what's breaking to unblock decisions.
  • The Ultimate Owner: proactively identify anomalies, translate vague business questions into structured analysis, and drive tasks to completion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in financial services or fintech startups
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian banking and collections (cobrança) system
  • Engineering background is a big plus
