About the role

Technical Writer responsible for clear and comprehensive documentation to help partners and users deploy and utilize Ajax Systems products, collaborating with R&D, marketing, product managers, and web developers, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Write technical specifications and align them with R&D.
  • Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users.
  • Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use.
  • Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B2–C1).
  • Experience working with technical texts.
