About the role
Leads the EMEA Solutions Engineering team (Growth and Commercial segments) at Vanta, guiding technical sales motions, coaching eight SEs, and driving growth across Western Europe, Middle East, Israel, and Southern Europe with a consultative, value-based approach.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a Solutions Engineering team with 3 to 5 years of SE management experience and 7+ years total pre-sales/SE career
- Experience leading a team through a shift from volume-based to consultative, value-based SE motion
- Genuine AI and modern tooling fluency with record of building team processes around AI tools
- EMEA market experience with understanding of regional diversity in language, geography, GRC and compliance maturity
- Familiarity with GRC, compliance, or security SaaS; GDPR fluency is a plus
- Experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with ability to build processes from scratch
- Based in London and comfortable with hybrid work (3 days in office)
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency in a responsible way
