About the role
Account Executive responsible for building Vanta's presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with a hybrid London-based role, leading full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closed-won deals, and collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline from the ground up. Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and verticals, and build a consistent outbound motion to create new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
- B2B SaaS experience, preferably selling into SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Experience self-sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with partnerships and marketing to build brand presence in a new market
- A track record of initiating events and owning their success, from planning through pipeline
- The technical competency to understand Vanta’s product and build strong relationships with highly technical prospects
- Deep curiosity about customers and their needs, with empathy and a track record of building long-term relationships and retention
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy to make a major contribution to our EMEA landing team
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work with responsible adoption
