About the role

Account-facing engineering role owning customer relationships end-to-end, deploying and expanding Automat solutions with a focus on AI-powered automation and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

  • Build upon autonomous agent solutions to tailor automation for customer workflows
  • Configure, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents on Automat Studio to navigate complex enterprise software
  • Help manage and support AI agents powering Workforce deployments for customers, ensuring reliability and evolution
  • Think creatively to align automation strategies with customer needs while driving long-term innovation across Automat products
  • Wear multiple hats—from prototyping new techniques to optimizing data pipelines and document extraction workflows

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., sales engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering)
  • Comfortable orchestrating and configuring AI agents on a modern agent platform
  • Experience with web automation tools or understanding of browser automation basics (Selenium, Playwright) is useful
  • Ample experience using AI tools effectively (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Top-notch ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience as an IC in startups or dynamic, high-growth settings
