About the role

Operations Intern (m/w/d) supporting the growth and onboarding processes in a fast-paced renewable energy startup. Responsible for owning operational processes, automating workflows, assisting with customer onboarding, contributing to organizational development, and maintaining data quality in systems (e.g., CRM).

Responsibilities

  • Ownership for operational processes: perform key operational tasks in own responsibility to ensure smooth functioning across core areas.
  • Automisierung von Prozessen: develop approaches to increase efficiency and automate process steps.
  • Begleitung beim Onboarding: support onboarding of new customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation: actively shape processes to enable company growth.
  • Daten im Blick behalten: maintain data in our systems (e.g., CRM) and ensure high data quality through careful work.

Qualifications

  • Student: in bachelor studies, gap year, master studies, or graduate with good academic performance
  • First practical experience in startups, fast-paced environments, or the energy industry is a plus
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable analyzing numbers and communicating data-driven insights
  • Strong organizational skills; structured, able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Affinitiy for digital tools (CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace, n8n)
